Guided Breathwalk Meditation
Effortlessly connect with your sacred breath and your innate energy system.

Gong Sound Bath
Experience a delicious “sonic massage” facilitated by vibrations of two gongs.
This healing and profoundly relaxing sound bath will clear your energy blocks, soothe your nervous system, balance your chakras and leave you rooted with a deep sense of wellness.

Meet Your Hosts
SevaRam Spronk is a meditation educator, Kundalini Yoga teacher, a life coach, a sacred sound practitioner, and a community builder.
Through her work, she leads people to rediscover their true power and identity as the essence of their Soul, to live fearlessly as the embodied spirit having a human experience.
Throughout her life she has worked in the wellness industry, including personal training and physiotherapy. Her “night of the soul” was initiated by the birth of her son, and she was forced to look for her truth.
Ultimately, she discovered that we all possess an innate and untapped power to heal, and she uses her modalities to awaken and empower that ability.
She lives in Kitchener with her judokas husband and son, and her 2 rescue dogs.
Judy Johnston is a caring, sensitive woman who is passionate about healing.
Her optimistic life view is honed despite the hurdles she has overcome.
She believes in pure, natural, chemical-free living, eating close to source, often sharing the produce of her garden with others.
She is always up for a run, or a turn on the dance floor.
Her sense of humour , friendly nature means a stranger is just a friend she hasn’t met yet.
As a Pro-Certified Purebioenergy Healing Therapist, Judy knows that our own innate ability to heal is infinite.
Rose Armstrong is a trauma-informed coach, course and retreat facilitator, and guide for women healing after abuse.
After years in survival mode through an abusive marriage and single motherhood, then a second marriage and it’s breakup, a turning point led Rose on a path of self-discovery and healing.
She overcame chronic stress and digestive issues using solution-based methods rooted in the future—not the past.
Rose believes healing happens when we stop reliving our wounds and instead uncover the woman we were always meant to be.
Her mission is to walk alongside women so they never feel alone on the road from abused to radiant.
Cancellation Policy
We know that life happens and sometimes plans need to change.
If you find yourself needing to cancel your registration, simply reach out
to one of your retreat hosts.
We’ll walk through it together with understanding and care.
A $50 administration fee will be applied to help cover the
preparations already made,
and the remainder of your payment will be refunded to you with love.
You are always welcome here—no explanations needed.
If you’re unable to attend, you are welcome to gift your
spot to another woman who would benefit from this beautiful day.
Just let us know in advance so we can update our list and welcome her properly.
