Fill out the registration form below. Don’t forget to tell us of any food allergies, sensitivities, likes and total dislikes (is there a food you WILL NEVER eat? After looking at the workshops and activities are there any there that you cannot see yourself taking part in?) We need to know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Once the information is filled out you will get a response from us that you have registered but your registration process is not finished – yet. 😊
Your information will be directed to our travel professional, Carol Armstrong. In Ontario we fall under the provincial TICO requirements and all retreat payments must go through a travel agent. Carol will take great care of you, explain everything and arrange for your payment. Once payment has been received we will email you with our retreat welcome package. And then you are all set.

Cancellation policy
Before purchasing the Wounded Women’s Way to Wisdom retreat, it is important that you fully read and thoroughly understand our cancellation policy. This cancellation policy is designed to protect both the participants, its providers, and the sacredness of the retreat.
Definitions
“You” refers to the participant who has registered and paid for the Wounded Women’s Way To Wisdom Retreat.
“We” refers to Wounded Women Rising Inc.
Cancellation is defined as not attending the Wounded Women’s Way To Wisdom Retreat that you made payment for.
Cancellation Initiated by Participant
Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late or leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. Should you cancel you participation to the Wounded Women’s Way To Wisdom Retreat for any reason the cancellation policy outlined below will apply with no exceptions.
We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances; however, we will have incurred expenses that once paid, cannot be refunded. This is why we insist you purchase travel insurance. To cancel your participation in the Wounded Women’s Way to Wisdom Retreat you must send us an email stating that you wish to cancel: info@woundedwomenrising.ca.
Cancellation Initiated by Wounded Women Rising Inc.
In the event that we must cancel the retreat for any reason your payment will be transferred to the next Wounded Women’s Way to Wisdom Retreat. Alternatively, you may request a full refund of your payment.
Cancellation Policy
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. This is why we require you to purchase trip cancellation insurance. If you need to cancel you will contact the insuring company for reimbursement. Our trusted travel advisor, Carol Armstrong will assist you with your insurance needs.
We are not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, this includes, airline tickets, loss of work and/or other costs associated with the preparation of your trip. You must purchase travel insurance.
COVID 19 Cancellation Policy
In the event that we must cancel the Wounded Women’s Way to Wisdom Retreat due to a COVID 19 restrictions, a refund will be issued. COVID 19 restrictions are any changes imposed by governments or governing bodies that prevent you from attending the retreat. It is important to stress that such changes must have occurred after you have booked your place at the retreat. We will therefore regard updated COVID 19 restrictions to be reasonably beyond your control and a full refund will made available.
